The Washington Electric Vehicle Instant Rebates program is now closed. All funds for 2024 have been claimed. Please see the email announcement from October 22 for details. All sales and leases for Washington Electric Vehicle Instant Rebates were finalized by October 21 at 11:59 p.m. PT.

Why should I become a participating dealer?

Increase your sales of electric vehicles! Participating dealers can offer eligible customers instant rebates on EVs right at the point of sale — $9,000 off a new 36+ month lease, $5,000 off a new purchase or 24-35 month lease, or $2,500 off a used vehicle purchase or lease. Only participating dealers can offer Instant Rebates — it’s easy to enroll and gives you a competitive advantage over non-participating dealers. Eligible participating dealers will also receive a $100 sales spiff for each qualifying EV sale.

The Benefits of Participating

  • Offering instant rebates increases customer satisfaction
  • Participating dealers will receive a sales spiff for each eligible sale
